Customer Sentiment & Feedback Data: Tap-through customer interaction results, ratings, and localized testimonials.
Usage Information: Technical logs, IP addresses, and mobile browser metadata collected during our 2-second "Tap-Through" experience to ensure seamless delivery and combat fraudulent reviews.
2. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Integration
Pruvvn provides integrations with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram) to allow businesses to seamlessly manage their customer interactions, sync cross-platform communication channels, and track consumer data.
What We Collect via Meta: If you connect your Facebook or Instagram business accounts to Pruvvn, we may collect authorized data via Meta APIs. This includes your business page profile details, business identifiers, access tokens, messaging logs (when utilizing integrated chats), and aggregate engagement metrics.
How We Use Meta Data: We use this information strictly to power your unified experience dashboard, automate responses, align consumer feedback with specific service representatives, and streamline operations between your social platforms and your Pruvvn workspace. We never sell your Meta data or share it with unauthorized third parties.
Data Revocation and Deletion: You retain complete ownership over your Meta data. You can disconnect Pruvvn from your Facebook or Instagram accounts at any time directly through your platform settings. Furthermore, you can revoke access and request the permanent deletion of all Meta-sourced data held by Pruvvn by navigating to your Facebook Account Settings > Apps and Websites, finding the Pruvvn application, and clicking Remove. Alternatively, you can contact our privacy team at reese.moore@pruvvn.com to request an immediate, manual purge of your historical data.
3. Google Reviews Integration
Pruvvn is designed to build "semantic authority" for your business on search and AI discovery engines.
Optional Review Redirection: At the client's option, selected positive customer feedback that navigates through Pruvvn’s interface can be given a friction-free pathway to post keyword-rich testimonials directly onto your public Google Business Profile. Review redirection is completely optional and is not required to use the Pruvvn platform.
Data Guardrails: In alignment with our strict brand guardrails, internal negative feedback and friction points captured by our interface are automatically routed internally to your private Pruvvn dashboard for team resolution. This constructive data is processed confidentially and is never pushed to public search listings or external networks.
